Exhibited at galleries and selected for prestigious juried shows throughout the New York tri-state area, Schulman's works are also included in private collections internationally. She has been published in The New York Times, and was recently a winner at Waterworks in Westchester. Schulman's uniqueness comes from her mastery of watercolor for portraits; a medium rarely used for portraits but is ideal for expressing luminosity of skin tones. The artist studied art and art history while at Dartmouth College.
