Expect portrait to take 2 weeks after receiving 4x6" photo or high resolution digital file (taken with a 3 mega pixel camera and at least 2000x1500 pixels in size. Frame and Matting
The piece will be shipped unmatted, unframed, flat and well protected and ready for your choice of framing. Matting and clear plastic acetate wrapping can be added for $12 in order to make beautiful gift presentation. Or you can slip watercolor into your own 4x6" photo frame to make a beautiful table top piece of art.
About the Artist
Exhibited at galleries and selected for prestigious juried shows throughout the New York tri-state area, Ms Schulman's works are also included in private collections internationally. She has been published in The New York Times, and was recently a winner at Waterworks 2006 in Westchester. Schulman's uniqueness comes from her mastery of watercolor for portraits; a medium rarely used for portraits but is ideal for expressing luminosity of skin tones. The artist studied art and art history while at DartmouthCollege.
